I’m honored to be part of something empowering and significant to humanity.
Let’s face it – times have been tough.
I feel we’re at a place where we could use as much inspiration as possible. That’s why I’m so excited to share this new eBook with you.
Marquita Herald, of emotionallyresilientliving.com, asked several women to contribute stories about their strengths, experiences and insights for people looking to break free of the limitations in their lives.
It’s such a cool way to start the new year – and she’s a gem for wanting to put this out there.
I think it’s safe to say that most, if not all of us feel a sense of comfort when we can relate to others who exhibit familiarity. Just regular people who have gone through challenges in their lives and found unique ways to overcome adversity and discover the resilience within themselves.
I don’t think many of us know what lives inside of us until life squeezes us. But it’s when the chips are down and we’re tested that we discover we do have strength and light inside of us.
And this is where this book comes in.
Women Breaking Barriers
Women Breaking Barriers is a compilation of different stories and perspectives about 14 resilient women finding ways to break free from adversity and limiting beliefs.
Most of us deal with these issues from time to time. Some of us spend our whole lives struggling with them.
It helps to read the stories of normal everyday people who have felt a lot of the same things you do and found ways to heal themselves and thrive. That’s why I’m so excited about this book.
And of course, I’m honored to have been invited to contribute.
I share my story about how I freed my mind and learned to think for myself. In a world where programming and conditioning exist everywhere, it’s tough to have an independent mind.
The stories these other amazing women shared are inspiring and thought-provoking as well. It truly is a must read. It’ll leave you with a good feeling overall – and you’ll know you’re not alone in this crazy journey we call life.
